Who sets the delivery fee?

The restaurant sets the delivery fee and the delivery area. The fee shows in your cart summary once you enter your address.

What if my address is outside the delivery area?

You won't be able to place an order if the restaurant doesn't deliver there; we'll suggest a nearby restaurant instead.

How do I reach the courier?

Courier details depend on the delivery system the restaurant uses; check the order tracking screen for what's available.

What should I do if my order is late?

First check the estimated time on the order tracking screen; if it's well past that, call the restaurant.
